Refund Policy
At Elegance & Splendour, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for a return. Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue, and we will gladly assist you.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
To process your return, please provide your order number. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, video games, or software that have been opened
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank or credit card account again. Then, contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@elegancensplendour.com.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@elegancensplendour.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift giver had the item sent to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
To return a defective item, please contact us at support@elegancensplendour.com.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping covered by us will be deducted from the refund. This does not apply to defective items.
Please note that all returns (unless defective) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Depending on your location, the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
